Today lesson was short and sweet as it was I&E(Entrepreneur) lessons. After few hours of brain cracking, I hope those ideas we came out would be able to work. Hope the supplier would support us, then it would be awesome! HAhahaha! EXCITED!!!

After school went straight home. Supposed to go town with Ru but in the end never, some other day alright! Tomorrow probably will be heading to town with baby to get my dress for my cousin's wedding. ahhh. Stress. Because I have been looking for dresses like bandage dress kind and more style. But the colour don't really suits for this occasion, as I will be her sisters(Jie Mei) for my cousin wedding on the actual day.

I love yesterday! After school baby accompanied me to BBDC to register my BTT, like really finally!!!! All along I have been looking forward for driving yea yea yea. Went baby's place after dinner at ANASA nasi lemak. We played scooter and outdoor badminton and it was so fun! hahahaha. I feel really happy that after I have stopped playing badminton for two years, my skills are there! I still can punch, smack, footwork, drop etc. hahahha. Baby i enjoyed having fun with yah. love you.

recipe for NUTELLA BROWNIE as requested. =] sorry for the late reply of post.

  • 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup nutella
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter, cooled slightly

-Preheat over to 325F/163 degree celsius. line the bottom of an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper, letting the paper extend over the & sides. Butter the other two sides.

-In a bowl, combine the flour & salt. Set aside.

-In another bowl, beat the eggs, Nutella, brown sugar and vanilla extract with a mixer until smooth, with the mixer on low speed, add the flour mixture and melted butter alternating between the two.

-Spread the butter into the cake pan. Bake until a toothpicked inserted into the center comes out clean with a few crumbs attached. About 35-40 minutes. Cool in the pan for about 2 hours, unmould and cut into squares. Optional to drizzle nutella over the top makes about 16 brownies.

those feelings.
